Is there parking available at the property?
Yes, complementary parking is available for hotel guests only.
Can we have dinner at NINON?
Of course, please contact us in advance to book dinner for your first evening. Please find more details in the Culinary section above.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 3.00 PM and Check-out is until 10.00 AM. In case you need to check in earlier or check out later, let us know!
How do I get to Dubrovnik?
Many roads lead to Rome – you can either go by car, uber or cab (~25€) or take the local bus leaving approximately every hour.
Do I need a car during my stay at NINON?
If you would like to discover the area and the little villages and towns in the region (there is so many lovely restaurants, and sightseeing spots and nice beaches!) then we would definitely recommend renting a car.
Do you offer airport transfer and taxis?
We are happy to book a transfer for you wherever you want to go. Apart from our NINON driver, we can also recommend the apps UBER and BOLT to move around.
Can children stay at NINON Design Boutique Hotel?
No, given the nature of the guest experience, NINON is an adults-only property. (In case of an exclusive booking of the whole Villa – please contact us, we might find a solution)
Does NINON have disabled access?
Unfortunately, NINON is not an accessible property due to the many stairs and levels, because of its locations in the hills.
Is NINON pet-friendly?
NINON does not allow pets, sorry.
Do you offer rollaway beds?
We do not offer additional beds; all our rooms have max. capacity of 2 persons.
Do you offer early check-in / late check-out ?
Please contact via e-mail to inquire if early check-in and late check-out is available on the date of your stay. Due to our small size, we may be unable to accommodate this request.
Do you have a SPA?
NINON does not have a proper SPA. If our massage therapist is available, you can book an appointment for a relax massage. This service is limited to hotel guests only.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Please inform us prior your arrival of your preferences and dietary restrictions and we will adapt to you wishes.
Is there an elevator?
No, there is no elevators at NINON. The rooms are located on the ground and first floor with one staircase. The outdoor area is spread over several levels, accessible by stairs only.
We have booked an exclusive group stay and would like to party – is that possible at NINON?
No unfortunately we cannot allow late night parties with loud music on the property, as we have to respect our neighborhood. In case you have a specific idea in mind – please let us know, we will find a solution for your celebration!
Do you offer theme nights for group bookings or family bookings?
We have already organized fun theme evenings (like Mamma Mia night, open-air cinema nights under the stars, art shows, etc.) for our dear guests that booked the villa exclusively. If you want to spice up your stay and have a fun night please contact us directly.
Will I stay hungry at NINON?
Definitely not. We offer a rich breakfast, various lunch options and a variety of 3 course dinner at NINON Design Boutique Hotel. Otherwise we can always save you from starving with a homemade sandwich or fresh fruits.
