NINON Bistro & Bar opens its doors every day, to hotel guests only, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Our way of working is our way of seeing life. We feed our guests as we feed ourselves, with the best only! Serving only fresh and organic food, full of vibrant colours and big flavours – so we can guarantee the highest quality. All dishes are carefully curated and depend on the catch of the day or the seasonal fruits & vegetables and will nourish you from the inside out.
We practice the chefs choice principle – you choose between the fish, meat, vegetarian or vegan dinner menu and from that moment on the celebration of life begins in our kitchen. We serve 3 course menus which consist of a hot / cold appetizer, main dish as well as sweet sweet dessert.
The NINON bar is anything but ordinary. An architectural place of beauty, high above the sea with a magnificent sunset over the Elaphiti Islands. Enjoy your drink at the bar with the majestic view that seems to change your perception of time and space.
Breakfast: 8.00 – 11.00 AM
Lunch: 1.00 – 3.00 PM
Dinner: start 7.30 or 8.00 PM
BAR: opening hours from 6.30 PM to 00.00 AM
Sustainable simply tastes better!
Inspired by the richness of the local terroir, we put our main focus on sustainable cooking. All our vegetables are grown in our garden, which you are more then welcome to visit during your stay.
When it comes to fish & seafood we have our own fisherwoman, Kate, providing only the freshest and best seafood from the Adriatic and our organic meat comes from a local farm in the area.
Leaving no carbon footprint behind and serving only premium local ingredients, makes us very happy. The NINON bistrot is not an à-la-carte restaurant, the menu itself is chef’s choice as it depends on what we get fresh on that day.
Mišo and Kate have happy tomatoes because they grow them with love! Thanks to Kate, an enthusiastic fisherwoman, we can serve you fresh, wild-caught fish.
